The International Parking and Mobility Institute recently awarded Carlos Medel a certificate for participating in its 2021 Professional Excellence in Management program.
Medel has worked for the Department of Administration and Regulatory Affairs as an administration supervisor in the Customer Service section of ParkHouston for the past 18 years.

Medel’s responsibilities include supervising, training, coaching customer service staff, co-leading technology projects, monitoring our online payment portal, providing analysis of operation data, identifying areas of operational improvement, monitoring our parking database system, and creating reports that aid in the analysis of production, KPI’s, and provide insights to leadership.
