Raven Bradley and Lloyd Sams, both Houston Health Department senior public health investigators, received the Community Excellence Award from the St. Hope Foundation at their 20th Anniversary Gala.
They were nominated and selected by patients, clients, contractors and employees of the organization. St. Hope is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), City of Houston grant recipient and was founded in 1999.
The award’s inscription reads, "In honor of your exemplary efforts to advance community health leading to life outcomes for many disproportionately affected members of our community."
