An Arizona resident traveling back home took some unexpected turns between flights when she found herself having to be taken to Houston Memorial Hospital. She had this to say about the paramedics that attended her:
“My name is Karen Bush, on Aug. 1st, I was on a Southwest Airlines flight from Austin expected to change planes in Houston for my return home to Phoenix Arizona. Unfortunately, I got sick in flight, and once the plane landed, Paramedics Mark Williams and Darrell, (name maybe misspelled) Jackson answered the emergency call.
I want to truly thank Mr. Williams and Mr. Jackson for saving my life and for caring. It was truly a Blessing for me to have these two men in the right place and time to answer this call.”
