Northwood Manor residents were unhappy that their neighborhood was the victim of unwanted and illegal dumping. They wanted action and turned to City Hall.

So when city workers turned up to remove the trash and rubbish, residents expressed their appreciation.

Billy D. and Elaine Jackson Williams wrote to Mayor Turner’s office: “On behalf of all the residents of Northwood Manor, thanks for your help with the removal of illegal dumping on Wayside at Little York, as well as the large bins on Hopper Road.

We are well pleased with your leadership.”
