Planning Department customer service impresses nonprofit executive

David Poole, Southern Bureau Director of Legislative Affairs for the AIDS Health Care Foundation, wrote to Mayor Turner to compliment Planning and Development Department employees Nick Parker and Hector Rodriguez. Here's what he had to say: 

"I wanted to make sure and notify you of an excellent customer experience I had this past Monday. I had a first encounter with your Planning Department employees Nick Parker and his manager, Hector Rodriguez, and I was quite impressed with the efficient, customer friendly environment.  And to make my day, I realized the outcome I was seeking for my employer.  So, I wanted to make sure and recognize these staff, as we are all too quick to communicate our negative encounters, and often too slow to recognize a job well done."
