Submission guidelines

Online Bravo submission is now closed. Please check back with us Spring 2025.

Please complete each section of the form with requested details, dates and contact information.

  • Only city employees can submit nominations.
  • City employees are unable to nominate themselves.
  • No more than two supporting documents can be submitted with each nomination. 

Criteria for nominations

Winners are selected based on the following criteria:

  • Volunteerism outside the scope of their role for the city. 
  • Performance in service to the city.
  • Involvement with special projects that have a positive impact on city, community or residents.
  • Other considerations including awards and recognition for volunteerism and public service.
