Houston resident Yessenia Gonzalez wrote to Mayor Sylvester Turner to show her appreciation for Christine Stuart and Elvis Presley, who run the passport service at central library downtown.
"Many family and friends told me how great they were so when I had to do passports for my kids I decided to go to them," Gonzalez wrote. "I had a bad issue with my kids and their dad, but they were tactful fast and fun and worked great as a team. The kids loved both of them and we hated to leave. We all got our passports and can go to Mexico to visit there family. I want to give them something for being the big blessing that they were to me and my kids."
