Submission dates 

The Bravo Awards online submission form will be open Spring 2019.

Submission guidelines

  • Please complete each section of the form with requested details, dates, and contact information.
  • Only city employees can submit nominations.
  • City employees are unable to nominate themselves.
  • No more than two supporting documents can be submitted with each nomination. 

Criteria for nominations

Winners are selected based on the following criteria:

  • Volunteerism outside the scope of their role for the city 
  • Performance in service to the city 
  • Involvement with special projects that have a positive impact on city, community or residents
  • Other considerations including awards and recognition for volunteerism and public service
